Offro una stanza doppia (2 posti) libera da subito situata in Via Metauro 61,una traversa di Viale Regina Margherita, praticamente attaccata alla Sapienza e vicinissima alla LUISS. Nel giro di pochi metri ci sono bus, tram e metropolitana (POLICLINICO LINEA B). Il prezzo è 350 euro a testa SPESE TUTTE INCLUSE (acqua, luce,gas, internet)!

I offer a room for two in an apartment with 4 other nice people. Most of them are erasmus students and they are all very quiet and tidy.
I offer a single bed into the double room (350 euro) or the entire room (which is very big) as a single room (700 euro). All the prices are ALL EXPENSES included, which means you have not to worry about gas, water, electricity and internet payments. The room is also well connected with bus, metro, and tram and you can reach every beautiful place of Rome by foot, since it's situated in the central area of the city.
